XAVIER MARZAN
President – Investree Philippines Inc. Xavier Marzan is a Board member and Director of Investree Philippines. He is also the President & CEO of F(DEV), the digital venture builder and innovation arm of the Filinvest Group of Companies, one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines. He leads the group’s foray and investments into new technology-based businesses. He has over 15 years of industry experience in Technology-driven sectors (Digital Media, Internet, Mobile, Telecom, Fintech), Finance (M&A/Investments, Consumer Financial Services), Consulting, and Corporate Venture-building, with extensive international experience, in-depth emerging market knowledge, and unique implementation perspective given both offline (high-touch) and online (high-tech) backgrounds. Mr. Marzan was previously the Founding CEO at TrueMoney Philippines, as well as CEO/COO at GCash. He was also formerly the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Globe Telecom, a Director for Corporate Strategy doing Investments/M&A and Strategic Transactions at media giant AOL Time Warner in New York, and a Management Consultant at Accenture. Mr. Marzan graduated with an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and has a BS Management Engineering degree from Ateneo de Manila University.
