TONICHI ACHURRA-PAREKH
Vice President – Concentrix Philippines Tonichi Achurra-Parekh is Vice President for Client Success and Marketing in Concentrix Philippines. In this role, she leads Operational Excellence in running the future of customer experience (CX) and integrated business solutions across a multi-industry client portfolio including technology, retail, and social content management that reimagine and evolve service delivery with holistic, outcome-oriented solutions for clients. She also leads Concentrix’s in-country brand marketing and communications, advancing the company’s reputation as an employer-of-choice, not just in line with size as the nation’s largest employer but also as a role model organization in our space, and a responsible corporate citizen for our people and community at large. Tonichi’s 23-year CX industry track record includes being Country Leader for various organizations prior to joining Concentrix. She is also serving her 5th term in the Board of Directors of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), and is now concurrently in the Board of Directors of the IT-BPO Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), promoting our industry invarious focus areas such as Data Privacy and Security, Innovation, as well as Fraud Prevention through the One Trust Link movement. For her pioneering leadership contributions and her impact to the CX industry, Tonichi was recognized as the “100 Most Influential Filipino Women in LinkedIn” in 2021 and 2023.
