Mylene Chua-Magleo is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Paynamics Technologies Inc. With more than two decades of expertise in fintech, payments, and business management, she is a passionate advocate for financial inclusion and digital innovation in the Philippines.

Drawing from her extensive experience at an international payments company, combined with her strong accounting background and exceptional relationship-building skills, Mylene has successfully built and sustained a profitable and diverse portfolio of clientele for Paynamics.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is an alumna of Class 6 of the United Nations Conference on Tradeand Development (UNCTAD) and Alibaba Business School’s eFounders Fellowship Program.

Under her leadership, Paynamics has evolved into a trusted provider of digital payment and banking-as-a-service solutions, catering to a wide range of industries. Mylene remains a strong advocate for empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and advancing the role of women in technology.
