Pia Arellano is the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CIBI Information, Inc., the country’s first credit bureau and only local background screening provider.

In her role, she is responsible for leading CIBI’s overall business strategy and operations, as the company fortifies its aspiration to be a leader in credit solutions, identity verification, and fraud prevention.

Pia has nearly 3 decades of experience across banking and financial services, payments, remittance and telco. She joins CIBI from TransUnion Philippines, where she was President & CEO and prior to that also served as VISA’s Head of Sales & Senior Director for the Philippines & Guam. Pia started her career as a Product Manager at Citibank where she launched Ready Credit – an unsecured credit facility which became the bank’s center-of-plate loan offering. She is a Cum Laude BS Economics graduate from the University of the Philippines.
