Keith’s primary role is to ensure the customer receives a WoW Experience. As an expert in the science and art of the customer experience, he translates this WoW experience into measurable outcomes that drives revenue, repeat buying behavior, and the expansions of the existing client base. Prior to his roles with GlobalCreditPros was the division head for Cognizant, Philippines Global IT Service Desk. There his team supported 6 languages, 18 global clients, and 900 employees across Budapest, Thailand, and the Philippines, and over $25Million portfolio. Keith has over 15 years of contact center leadership experience working in such diverse industries as Technical Support, Retail Sales, Customer Service, and Collections. Though his major focuses are the Customer Experience and Strategy, Keith has developed exceptional people skills expertise via his research work on “Sustainable Excellence: An integrated Plan to become a Strategic Asset” and “ Cultural Transformation: Inspire People and Move your Organization forward. His work in all areas has resulted in over $50 million in financial improvements across the clients he has supported Mr. Jones is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a previous quality auditor for the state of Florida. He received his Executive MBA from the University of South Florida.
