DON SAUNAR
Head of the New Technology Unit under Business Transformation Division – The Insular Life Assurance Company Ltd. (InLife) Don Saunar is a PMP Certified Senior Project Manager in Insular Life with 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He was involved in management, development and support of core banking systems and other applications in his stay in Accenture (9 yrs) starting as a developer role and ending up as a System Architect/Project Manager for an American Credit Card Company. During his stay with a local bank for 4 years, he continued as a Project Manager for Major projects and initiatives. With Insular Life, Don is the head of the New Technology Unit under Business Transformation Division. The New Technology unit is responsible in researching, assessing, testing, and deploying relevant and upcoming technologies that will be beneficial for the organization. The team is also leading the innovation and internal automation initiatives of the company. Don is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Computer Applications in De La salle College of Saint Benilde.
