As the Country Manager of Visa Philippines, Jeff is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of Visa’s business operations including developing and implementing business strategies, leading in-market teams, and sustaining the optimal operating environment by working collaboratively with all stakeholders. Navarro is a seasoned leader deeply passionate about the payments industry, covering retail and digital. Prior to joining Visa, he was Western Union’s regional vice president and head of the Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, and Indochina. Concurrently, he was the president and chairman of the board at Western Union Processing Services Inc.
